Please include the below requirements in the additional information:

  • Proximity to Airport: What is your nearest airport and how far is it?
  • Hotel Accommodations: What hotel accommodations are available?
  • Venue at no cost: Please describe the venue that is available.
  • Affordable Lunch Options: Please describe the lunch options available and approximate cost.
  • # Nearby Schools that might be interested in driving to attend: Please list those schools.
  • Please tell us anything else that would make your school a great place to host the next Networking Event.

Host Institutions must be prepared to provide a venue for 100-150 attendees, two rooms for break-out presentations, a venue for poster presentations, and lunch.  They also will need to assist attendees with finding housing, and transport to-and-from airport.
